On the afternoon of November 10th, SPHACY had the honor of participating in the 4th National Forum on “Culture and Business,” held at the Hanoi Opera House. The event was organized by the Vietnam Association for the Development of Business Culture (VNABC) in collaboration with the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism.
This annual forum aims to implement the campaign “Building Vietnamese Business Culture” and celebrate Vietnam Business Culture Day. The forum not only recognizes pioneering enterprises but also provides an opportunity to promote economic development in alignment with sustainable cultural values, contributing to the implementation of resolutions on cultural development set forth by the Party and the Government.
SPHACY Awarded “Vietnam Business Culture Standard” Certification – A Testament to Social Responsibility
At the forum, SPHACY was honored with the “Vietnam Business Culture Standard” certification, underscoring the company’s strong commitment to fostering an internal culture grounded in cultural values, ethics, and social responsibility.
This prestigious achievement is a source of great pride, serving as proof of SPHACY’s dedicated efforts toward sustainable business development. It reflects the company’s focus on building a professional, cohesive working environment while contributing positively to society.
The title of “Vietnam Business Culture Standard Enterprise 2024” is a recognition bestowed upon outstanding enterprises that fully meet the comprehensive criteria of Vietnam’s Business Culture Standards, as reviewed by the National Council. These criteria, developed under the direction of the Prime Minister and in close collaboration with various ministries and sectors, reflect the intellectual contributions of scientists, experts, business representatives, and the media. Notably, the criteria are tailored to the practical operations of businesses within the context of global integration.
To achieve this standard, enterprises must excel in five key areas: sustainable development, corporate culture building, legal compliance, business ethics, and social responsibility. Additionally, they must meet 16 specific criteria and 40 evaluation indicators, such as sustainable development orientation, organizational structure, brand management, knowledge management, and business reputation.
A deep understanding of culture is a crucial factor in today’s global business environment. Each enterprise can act as a cultural ambassador, promoting and spreading the image of Vietnam’s people and nation to the world, thereby contributing to the strengthening of the country’s soft power.
Speaking at the forum, Deputy Minister Trịnh Thị Thủy emphasized: “Faced with new opportunities and challenges, we have identified culture as an essential endogenous resource. Preserving national identity and promoting the cultural strength of the nation in corporate culture building is a vital solution for sustainable development.”
