Vu Van Thanh

Founder | General Director

Mr. Vu Van Thanh, the Founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of SPHACY Joint Stock Company, was born in the academically renowned district of Hai Hau, Nam Dinh Province. He was awarded a financial scholarship at Cass Business School. In 2024, Mr. Vu Van Thanh received an Honorary Doctorate in Business Administration, conferred by International American University.

After graduating, he worked at Dai Dung Mechanical Construction Trading Joint Stock Company (DDC) as a financial specialist, where he applied various new knowledge and technologies, helping DDC become a leading company in prefabricated steel in Vietnam. In 2017, he established Vu Phuc Thanh Company Limited, the predecessor of the current SPHACY Joint Stock Company. 

At present, under his leadership, SPHACY has further expanded with the development of additional member brands, including: Thi Truong Duoc Pham, Thuoc Viet Nam, SPHACY Trade, and SPHACY Holding.

Under his leadership, SPHACY has pioneered in providing digital transformation solutions in healthcare, finance, business restructuring, and investment risk management. He has transformed SPHACY from a small enterprise into a large company, achieving numerous prestigious awards, including the Scientific and Technological Enterprise award. In addition to managing SPHACY, he actively participates in business association movements and is a member of the Executive Board of the Vietnam Consumer Goods Development Association (Vacod).
