2 Million VND , Right on Time: SPHACY Supports Disadvantaged Students in Nam Ninh Hoa

11 August 2026

On August 7, 2026, 50 disadvantaged students in Nam Ninh Hoa Commune received educational support for the 2026–2027 school year from SPHACY Joint Stock Company. Each student received 2 million VND, along with milk and school supplies, bringing the total value of the program to more than 100 million VND.

On the morning of August 7, the hall of the Nam Ninh Hoa Commune Party Committee was already filled with people before the opening of the educational support program for disadvantaged students.

Fifty students sat in two rows, dressed in white school uniforms with red scarves. In front of each student was a gift package for the new school year. The gifts were modest, but they came at a time when families were preparing for the many expenses associated with the start of a new school year.

The program was jointly implemented by a working delegation of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, providing 50 support packages worth 2 million VND each, together with milk and school supplies. The entire program was sponsored by SPHACY Joint Stock Company.

When Support Arrives at the Right Time

For a business, 2 million VND may simply be one line item in a budget. But for a family carefully balancing every expense before the new school year, that amount can help cover costs that may seem small individually but quickly add up: uniforms, books and notebooks, shoes, transportation, school supplies, and other expenses at the beginning of the school year.

This is also why SPHACY chose to provide financial support for education, rather than limiting its assistance to in-kind gifts.

Every family has a different situation, and their needs vary accordingly. Financial assistance gives parents the flexibility to address the expenses that matter most to their families, while the accompanying milk and school supplies reinforce the clear purpose of the program: supporting students on their journey to school.

More importantly, the timing of the support is itself part of its value.

Two million dong reaching a family just before the start of a new school year can ease a financial burden at precisely the moment it is needed. The value of support, therefore, lies not only in the amount given, but also in ensuring that resources reach people at the time when they need them most.

Making Sure Resources Reach the Right People

One of the factors SPHACY places particular emphasis on when carrying out community initiatives is identifying the right beneficiaries.

The list of 50 students receiving support in Nam Ninh Hoa was not compiled independently by the company. The cases were reviewed and recommended through the local system, in coordination with the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the commune authorities.

This approach helps the program reach students who genuinely need support, based on information and actual circumstances within the local community.

For businesses, working alongside local organizations and authorities is also a way to make more effective use of social resources. Rather than focusing solely on organizing a gift-giving event, a company can contribute resources to an existing process in which beneficiaries are identified by organizations with a deep understanding of the local community.

A meaningful community program does not necessarily have to begin with a large budget. What matters is whether those resources reach the right people, address the right needs, and arrive at the right time.

One Donation Is an Event; Long-Term Support Makes It a Program

The activity in Nam Ninh Hoa is a specific support program for the 2026–2027 school year. However, for SPHACY, the value of community initiatives goes beyond a single day of giving.

The true impact of educational support needs to be viewed over a longer period: whether students are able to remain in school, whether they can continue their education in the years ahead, and whether timely assistance can help ease some of the financial pressure on their families so that they can keep studying.

This is also an impact that cannot easily be measured in the short term.

The number of support packages can be counted. The total value of a program can be quantified. But changes in a student’s life take much longer to become visible.

That is why SPHACY aims to stand alongside communities for the long term, rather than stopping at a single event. Whenever possible, returning to the community, continuing to listen to its actual needs, and maintaining support over time can create more sustainable value.

From SPHACY’s Work to Its Responsibility to the Community

SPHACY operates in the field of technology and data for the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on developing solutions that promote greater transparency and more effective resource allocation across the pharmaceutical supply chain.

SPHACY brings the same spirit to its community initiatives: not only asking “How much can we contribute?” but also asking “How can we make sure that our contribution reaches where it is needed most?”

In the educational support program in Nam Ninh Hoa, the answer lies in combining the resources of the business, the local knowledge of grassroots organizations, and the actual needs of individual families.

This is how SPHACY views its social responsibility: not simply as a budget allocated to charitable activities, but as a matter of using resources responsibly and transparently, with a focus on real-world impact.

2 Million VND and a New Beginning

The gift-giving ceremony in Nam Ninh Hoa eventually came to an end. The gifts were placed in the hands of the students, the hall gradually emptied, and a new school year drew closer.

For SPHACY, the value of the program is not found in large numbers.

It is about 50 students receiving additional support to prepare for the new school year.

It is about 50 families receiving an additional source of support at a time when it matters.

And most importantly, it is about the hope that these students will be able to return to school on the first day of the new academic year, continue their education, and have greater opportunities to build their own futures.

Two million dong may not change an entire life. But when given to the right person, at the right time, and for the right purpose, it can help a student take the next step into a new school year.

SPHACY is grateful for the opportunity to stand alongside the local community and the students of Nam Ninh Hoa on that journey.
